PHDream 7 Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights as a Player

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and PHDream 7 ("PHDream 7", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the PHDream 7 online gaming platform accessible at phdream7.app and all related services, features, and content offered therein.

By completing the registration process, accessing the platform, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion offered by PHDream 7, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in full and understand their content;
• You accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the PHDream 7 platform;

2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of PHDream 7 services, you must register a player account. Registration is free and requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information as requested during the sign-up process.

3.1 Information Required

PHDream 7 will request personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid Philippine mobile number or email address, and a chosen password. By submitting this information, you warrant that it is truthful and accurate.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one PHDream 7 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether to access multiple welcome bonuses, circumvent restrictions, or for any other purpose — is strictly prohibited. PHDream 7 employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. If duplicate accounts are confirmed, all accounts will be permanently closed and all balances, including any pending withdrawals, will be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PHDream 7 login credentials. PHDream 7 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify PHDream 7 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

PHDream 7 may require you to complete identity verification at any point — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or if our compliance team flags your account for review. Acceptable Philippine identification documents include a valid government-issued ID such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, or SSS/GSIS card. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe specified may result in account restriction or suspension.

4 Deposits and Payments

PHDream 7 accepts deposits exclusively from Philippine-based payment methods. Supported deposit channels include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, and online banking with BDO, BPI, and UnionBank. Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Philippine banks are also accepted.

4.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum single deposit at PHDream 7 is ₱50. PHDream 7 does not charge any processing fee on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees, for which PHDream 7 accepts no responsibility.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your PHDream 7 account within 30 seconds of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay and PESONet are generally credited within 15 minutes, subject to the processing schedules of the sending institution.

4.3 Deposit Restrictions

PHDream 7 only accepts deposits from payment accounts held in your own name and registered to the same individual as the PHDream 7 account. Third-party deposits — where the deposit sender is not the account holder — are not accepted and will be returned to the source where possible. If return is not possible, the funds will be withheld pending investigation.

5 Withdrawals

PHDream 7 is committed to processing player withdrawals promptly. The majority of withdrawals to GCash and Maya are completed within 10 minutes of approval during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to two business days depending on the receiving institution.

5.1 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per 24-hour period and are displayed within your PHDream 7 account dashboard. Players who have completed enhanced KYC verification may be eligible for higher withdrawal limits upon request.

5.2 Withdrawal to Verified Accounts Only

PHDream 7 will only process withdrawals to payment accounts that are verified as belonging to the same individual as the PHDream 7 account holder. It is not possible to withdraw to a third-party account. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect all parties involved.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may be subject to the following conditions:

• Completion of identity verification (KYC) to the level required for the withdrawal amount;

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All PHDream 7 bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: PHDream 7 players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly stated in a promotion.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Contribution percentages by game type are specified in individual promotion terms.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

PHDream 7 actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, wagering on both sides of a market to fulfil requirements with minimal risk, or using automated software to satisfy wagering requirements. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have the relevant bonuses voided and may face permanent account closure.

6.3 Promotional Changes

PHDream 7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Active promotions with funds already credited will be honoured under the terms in place at the time the bonus was credited, unless PHDream 7 has reasonable grounds to suspect abuse.

7 Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on the PHDream 7 platform are provided by licensed third-party game providers including JILI Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, and other certified developers. Each game operates under the rules published by its respective provider and verified by independent testing laboratories.

7.1 Random Number Generation

All PHDream 7 games that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG systems are independently tested to ensure all outcomes are statistically random and uninfluenced by previous results, player history, or any external factor.

7.2 Published RTPs

PHDream 7 publishes or makes available the theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for all casino games in the lobby. 8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the PHDream 7 platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or verification;
• Creating more than one PHDream 7 account for any purpose;
• Using another person's identity or payment details;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technological aid to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Colluding with other players in player-versus-player games;
• Attempting to exploit software errors, loopholes, or vulnerabilities in the platform;
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes after gaming activity has occurred;
• Using the platform in connection with any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited;
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at PHDream 7 staff or other players.

9 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability

• Interruptions to service, technical errors, or system downtime, whether or not within PHDream 7's control;
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials;
• Decisions made by you based on information or odds displayed on the platform;
• Losses arising from your failure to read and comply with these Terms or applicable game rules.

Nothing in these Terms limits PHDream 7's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine consumer protection law.

12 Amendments to These Terms

PHDream 7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, PHDream 7 will notify registered players via their registered email address and/or post a notice on the platform for a reasonable period before the changes take effect.

If you do not agree with any amended terms, you may close your PHDream 7 account and withdraw your remaining balance before the amended terms come into effect. Continued use of the PHDream 7 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
